Existing VOA Reports can be imported using the Reissue Key or Report ID contained in the top-right corner of the report. Importing reports will allow you to manage the report from within the AccountChek integration.
To import a report, locate the Reissue Key or Report ID in the top-right corner of the report.
Tip: If you are a Consumer Connect or SimpleNexus user and the first POS-generated report is already in the eFolder, the Asset ID (Reissue Key/Report ID) can also be found on the FNMA Streamlined 1003 and Freddie Mac Additional Data Forms in the AccountChek Asset ID field.
Once the ID/Key has been located, paste it into the Reissue Key / Report ID field on the Order Management tab of the AccountChek Encompass integration and press Import. Details of the new report will then appear in the Check Order Status box and can be managed from there.
