At any time while the order is still open, you can resend the borrower the AccountChek invitation email, which will allow them to log in and link their accounts. This feature is helpful if the borrower loses or does not receive their initial invitation; it is also helpful if the borrower need to log back in to AccountChek and provide additional asset information.
To resend the borrower invitation email, first select the Order Management tab in the AccountChek Encompass integration. Click on the drop-down menu in the Available Actions column, choose Resend, and press Go. The borrower will then receive an additional invitation from email@example.com. If they cannot locate the invitation, verify that the correct email address is on the order file and ensure that their spam filter did not block the email.
