Important information regarding the recent SolarWinds Orion Vulnerability (CVE-2020-13169):
FormFree does not utilize the SolarWinds Orion monitoring platform and hence we are not impacted by the CVE-2020-13169 vulnerability.
Industry-wide log in issues may be impacting the AccountChek user experience. This is due to many banks and credit unions experiencing online banking issues related to the nationwide stimulus checks. A large volume of bank customers are attempting to log-on to their bank account to check the status of their stimulus check. This increased volume in bank account inquiries has impacted our ability to connect and access data needed for AccountChek reports.
Borrowers attempting to use AccountChek may have difficulty logging in or may experience longer wait times. We are actively monitoring the situation and will send an update when the situation improves. Thank you for your patience.
Attention: Please check out our new status page at status.formfree.com for the current status of AccountChek.
