• UI assessibility updates
• Reduce frequency of "Needs Update" follow-up emails
• Address issue with mapping of unknown account types
• Change sign-in procedure for validator portal to require contract, provisioning, and logins
• Paystub upload functionality improvements
  • Mobile user now given choice to take a photo or upload a file
  • Progress spinner added to indicate paystub upload in progress
• Other minor fixes
